We wanted to share a quick update—and a sincere thank you for your longtime support of DermOrganic and the Mastey family of products.
For many years, we have worked hard to keep DermOrganic pricing as stable as possible. In fact, we have not made any significant price adjustments since around 2019, despite rising costs and shortages across materials, production, packaging, and shipping over the last several years.
At this point, however, we have absorbed nearly 30% in increased costs while making only minimal changes to our pricing. In order to continue delivering the same premium-quality formulas and superior performance you expect from DermOrganic, a pricing adjustment has become necessary.
We will be rolling out updated pricing online very soon. If you have been planning to restock, you may wish to do so in the coming days, as current pricing will remain in effect only briefly before the new pricing takes effect.
A New Loyal Customer Pricing Program
As always, we remain committed to taking care of our loyal customers. To help ease this transition, we are introducing a new Loyal Customer Pricing program.
Customers who continue to support DermOrganic through repeat purchases may become eligible for preferred discounted pricing and special offers going forward. In many cases, customers who place three or more orders on our website may qualify to begin receiving automatic loyalty discounts simply by reaching out to us directly to apply
This is just one of the ways we hope to continue rewarding the customers who support our small, independent company. Additional promotions and special offers will be coming as well.
